Corporate Governance
Corporate Governance
At Ashbourne & Sons, we are committed to maintaining a disciplined, transparent, and internationally informed governance framework—one that reflects our values of discretion, stewardship, and long-term value creation.
Though not a publicly listed entity, we voluntarily align our governance practices with the Hong Kong Corporate Governance Code, as issued by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), alongside selected global best practices. This ensures we uphold rigorous standards of accountability, risk oversight, and ethical conduct across all areas of operation.
Governance Structure
The Board of Directors serves as the principal oversight body of the family office. It is composed of both family principals and independent non-executive directors to ensure a balanced and objective approach to decision-making. This structure preserves generational continuity while incorporating outside expertise and impartial judgment in key governance matters.
